Hotel Crescent Court

Location is perfect. Nice lobby and great fitness center - the staff is superb. In general the hotel is 4 star at best and for the price definitely lacked some basics. The staff is not very warm and welcoming, there were a few times they did say hello and were pleasant. I was with my dog so could not use the revolving door and rarely received assistance with a very heavy door. The room was set up for one person which was OK because I’m only one person, but it was lacking Nespresso pods water for the coffee maker and extra blanket blankets. The first day I had to call housekeeping several times and then I needed to call on an almost daily basis for something. The last day I needed some ice, washcloths and bottled water. I had to call room service for the ice and a separate call to housekeeping for water and washcloths. Housekeeping never delivered the items. Every day I had to call for Nespresso pods. I was traveling with a dog which was on the reservation. Passed stays at hotel not nearly as nice have a dog bowl and sometimes a dog bed waiting for us. This had nothing. So while none of these items are overly terrible it’s not a five star experience. I think this is more of a business hotel.

Great hotel......the rooms, service, fitness center, restaurants, are unmatched. The people who work at the hotel are great.

I wanted to share feedback from my recent stay. First, I want to recognize your valet team, front desk staff, and bellman, all of whom provided truly superior service. They were professional, welcoming, and made an excellent impression throughout my visit. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not reflect the level of quality I expected for such an expensive stay. The curtains were filthy, the walls had noticeable scuffs and dirt, and both the hallway entry door and the French doors to the pool were broken and difficult to close and lock properly. I had to manipulate them just to get them secured. The room also remained very hot despite lowering the thermostat as much as possible. In addition, the in-room phone appeared extremely outdated and did not function properly, and the bathroom had several maintenance concerns, including a rickety shower floor and chips in the mirror. Overall, the room felt dirty, worn, and badly in need of updating. My suggestion would be to invest in more thorough room inspections, deeper cleaning, and updated maintenance and technology so the guest room experience better matches the outstanding service provided by your staff. If these issues are not addressed, I also believe the room pricing should better reflect the actual condition of the accommodations, because guests should not be paying nearly $2,000 for a room that feels outdated, poorly maintained, and below the standard your hotel presents.

The Hotel Crescent Court is a beautiful hotel. The whole space is very modern, elegant, and very clean. The service was outstanding. I will be coming back.

I am fortunate to visit this property for 4 days at a time a couple times a year. It’s perfect,service, location, etc . Can’t lose here , I’d live there if I could!
