Fabulous hotel in a great location
We were so pleased with the Hotel Crescent Court. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant choices were fantastic. Our room was lovely and very well appointed.

The hotel is beautiful, but the service does not match
The hotel is stunning, the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The foyer is lovely too. Unfortunately, I found the service very poor. The valet wasn't very attentive and service seemed like a favour, the reception team always seemed distracted and disinterested and no-one smiled or made us feel welcome. It felt like our being there was an imposition to the staff. My family always stay at hotels of the same caliber, so we are familiar with the level of service to be expected.
