I had an amazing experience at Sassetta! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and stylish—perfect for a relaxing evening or lunch. I have to give a special shoutout to my server, Shanice, who was truly exceptional. She was attentive, welcoming, and made me feel completely taken care of. Thank you, Shanice, for your outstanding service and that incredible drink! I’ll definitely be back.

Magnificent Stay
The Joule Hotel is definitely a jewel in downtown Dallas. My fiancé and I had a wonderful two nights stay. After a 7 Hour drive I was a little exasperated that the front desk could not find our reservations upon arrival. But after making it to the room, it was awesome, just as the location, lobby and hotel itself. The room and the amenities were just as the website had described, and the staff were very friendly and hospitable.. The concierge made up for the mishap with the reservation 1000 times. I truly appreciate and thank Colette and staff for the “happy“ that was delivered to our room! It was truly a pleasure to stay at the Jewel and we will be returning upon our next visit to Dallas. The Joule truly returned the good old feeling of “hospitality”, back into the hotel industry from the room service to housekeeping to the bellman. You all rock!!!!!

Thoughtful, Consistent, and Memorable
Ben always goes above and beyond. He remembers our names, our usual order, and even our dietary restrictions without needing a reminder. His attention to detail and genuinely warm service make every visit feel personal and memorable. It’s rare to find someone so consistent and thoughtful. He’s a true gem!
