We'd definitely come back
We came to watch the solar eclipse, booked only two weeks ahead of time. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel sponsored a lovely venue (The Eyeboretum) from which to watch the eclipse. Dinner at Sassetta, which was wonderful. The staff were also helpful given some travel issues we have.

A hotel where they actually treat you like your special
My wife and I usually pick a nice hotel for our wedding anniversary. The Joule was perfect! Service, atmosphere and food were impeccable. A wonderful revision of an old downtown Dallas building. Being next to Neiman Marcus a plus. Our new favorite in the Dallas/Fort Worth area

5 stars well deserved
This was my first 5 star hotel experience and it exceeded all expectations! The service in all areas was excellent and the attention to detail was impressive. The room had everything we needed and more. The shower felt like a spa. We ate at the CDB provision restaurant and it was so good. Even something as simple as ala carte breakfast items was an elevated experience. We had lunch by the pool one day and enjoyed the chicken Caesar wrap and comfortable chairs. The staff was again very attentive. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

Joule saved our business trip to Dallas, Tx
We were abandoned in Dallas, and on a whim we walked into the Joule hotel looking for a place to stay during our important business trip. We were met by Tashonda, Holli, Ashley, Luz, Carlos, Andy Gabriella. They took our tribulations by stride and helped us find a room in a near impossible situation. We were able to house our 4 associates in luxury accommodations for a fair and honest price. I don’t know what we would have done without the staff’s allegiance to our situation. I cannot rate this hotel higher than an excellent status if not I would rate them higher. If you come to Dallas and are in a room situation please know that you can depend on the Joule hotel.

Five star service and accommodation!
Our first room was a junior suite but it turned out to have a ceiling leak so we were moved to a fabulous larger suite in the new tower. What a difference. Larger newer more accommodating.The service was amazing. Amal and John Paul were terrific, so helpful. Rafiella found us the new suite and Graciella was perfect. We had breakfast every day in CBD Provisions and the food and service and manager were great. Dinner in Sassetta was great Italian food and service. Lorenzo the manager was awesome. Five star all the way!!
