Omni Dallas Hotel

Hotel is older but well kept and service is where it lacks. The first experience was at checkin where the associate did not answer a simple question - "Is the magic show tonight child friendly?" I waited in the lobby a while assuming she would get the info, she helped another customer checkin but when I came up she still did not have the answer and did not make an effort to call my room and follow up despite my interest in getting the information. Not sure why they can't get basic information. The other bad service was that i left an item in the room, called the same day of checkout and they promised me a call back within ~48 hours, it is now almost a week later and no call. They cannot claim they have a good standard of service. I will not stay there again with so many options in the area.

For the price point, I expected certain room amenities. I did like the convenience of on-site dining but its pricy. The hotel bar staff was very friendly and the drinks were good.

Excellent hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and the view of downtown Dallas was next level.

Terrible valet and check in line. No online check in or digital key option. Valet line also long when trying to depart the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful experience while I stayed at the Omni Dallas hotel. Everything from the impeccable service, comfortable and clean room to the delicious food and drinks. The conference I attended was made even better by the overall high-end experience. I am completely impressed with this hotel and affiliated restaurants.
