Highly recommend this hotel, outstanding all around.
The hotel is a top-class hotel, very nicely located with outstanding and very highly professional and well-trained staff. Front desk staff are amazing and very responsive to guest needs. The food is also excellent. All services from housekeeping, valet parking and restaurant are top notch.

Downtown View, great ambiance and great welcome cocktails!
We had a great stay! We had dinner at Little Daisy and the food and drinks were great. The room had a great view to downtown dallas and the AT&T plaza was walking distance. Staff members were nice and attentive.

Not worth the price
Thin walls, dimmer for the lamp was missing, and shower was just ok. Gave me a negative view of the Thompson hotels. They don’t seem to be worth the price

A bad night at the Thompson
Staff unwilling to turn on heating unit in the room until I called for the 5th time. Staff never mentioned the need for brunch reservations so we were unable to have breakfast at the hotel on Sunday. Only one cook in the kitchen on Monday so breakfast took 45 minutes to be served. Besides that the rest of the staff was amazing, the rooms are ample and comfortable, the pillows are great, shower works very well.

Girls trip
The hotel is amazing-front desk was very helpful especially when the room next door was loud. Immediately handled it. We ate at the Little Daisy. Carlos was an excellent server and if recommends the Shakshuka? Order it - it was amazing!
