Virgin Hotels Dallas

The Virgin Hotel was an amazing experience will an excellent ambient. Service was friendly and thoughtful. The hotel rooms were adequate with perfect couple accomodations and a beautiful, booming swimming pool surrounded by beautiful landscape where I could choose a spot to enjoy the hip music or a quaint swing area to sip on my Dirty Martini and delight in the relaxing feel.

I joined my husband's trip, which included a stay at Virgin Hotels Dallas, after he broke his leg and needed support. The hotel staff were absolutely incredible coming alongside us in his recovery journey. They were responsive, collected deliveries for us to aid in recovery and the house car was so unexplainably helpful. The hospital was luckily located within a 3 mile distance of the hotel, and my 6 month old and I used the house car for transportation every day. The valet staff, including Robert, Shawn, Evan and Gavin, were amazing. They assisted with all of the items I was transporting back and forth, including a stroller, and cared for my son and I along our journey. They ensured we were comfortable, checked in on my husband and made me feel safe on my journey back and forth to the hospital. The hotel itself is beautiful. The housekeepers take care of each room with a meticulous attention to detail. The coffee shop was delicious, providing me with fuel to get through each day. The reception staff was lovely and kind, as we continued to extend our stay until my husband was discharged. I am so grateful for this hotel and the staff this past week!

This trip was incredible! From the beautiful rooms; to the stunning branding and rooftop pool, it felt like a resort from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredible. The valet service who drove the courtesy shuttle was fantastic, and it was a great value add to the stay. Last but not least, however, was the staff at the downstairs bar. Troy was an incredible bartender and entertainer. His genuine hospitality, deep knowledge of drinks and general, friendly attitude made us stay there for much longer than we had planned. His passion for his job is clear, and Virgin Hotels is lucky to have him and Joe on their staff.

It’s been fantastic from check in to dinner. We spent one night to celebrate our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better time. Special thanks to Dylan — our amazing server at The Commons. He made our dinner spectacular.

My wife and I always enjoy staying at Virgin Hotels, not just for the pet-friendly accommodations, stylish rooms, top-notch amenities, and cutting-edge technology—but because of the incredible people who work there. The true standout is always the staff. From the bar and the pool to the front desk, the Funny Library, and the valet team, every employee goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. We’d like to give a special shout out to Troy, Veronica, Marvin, Jessie, Justin, Palmer and Antoine for their exceptional hospitality and for making us feel like true rockstars.
