Friendly staff!
Really good experience. It is a great hotel, but mostly the people are amazing friendly! Manuel from room service! He made my morning everyday! So sweet and helpful! The valet is convenient. Lots of really nice restaurants close. You won’t regret staying here.

I recently hosted an event at the Virgin Hotel Dallas and truly had the best experience. Their level of service was top notch and they catered to every need. Joanna Tran with events is incredible! She was so attentive and made sure our group was taken care of from the start of planning all the way to the events conclusion. Would HIGHLY recommend the Virgin for an event, a luxury stay, or even just the perfect place to go out to dinner with friends!

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is centrally located with ample parking. comfy suites ideal for business travel. staff friendly First trip to Dallas. Loved every moment of the stay. Would definitely return to explore the city and will recommend to friends as well.

This was my first time in Dallas for a work trip and it was amazing! The Virgin Hotel is great! It’s clean, well kept, and everyone is prompt and helpful. Food was delivered quickly, help was always given when asked, and the shuttle drivers were great. Shout out to Robert and Evan! Would love to stay here again :)
