Great Stay & Pool Day
I had a great experience at the pool during my recent stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, the pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the overall vibe made it easy to unwind. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the amazing service from Skylar. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Whether it was bringing over drinks quickly or checking in to make sure everything was perfect, her customer service was top-notch. She added a personal touch that made my day at the pool even more enjoyable.

Treated like royalty!!
We gathered for a family event- (wedding) for a long weekend. Our service was amazing!! We had 10plus rooms for 3 nights, all our family were AMAZED! They took special care of our bride and her grandmother …. So KIND! We were able to ‘chill’ together all Weekend— in the bar every afternoon & evening, the pool area/ played corn hole (so fun) and enjoyed mornings at the coffee house. We were treated like royalty!! Super shout out to Palmer, Veronica, Marvin, Troy, Justin our bartenders all weekend… front desk team of Jada & Jordy who were so very kind and accommodating. Outstanding Service!

Perfect Spot For The Occasion
Made last minute reservation at Commons Club for birthday a celebration with group of friends. Management was very accommodating although we were a large group. Jade was the bomb! Although she was the hostess for the club, she did everything in her power to ensure that our evening was great while handling other guests. Also, a special shout out to Justin & Palmer for keeping the drinks flowing! I can't forget the wonderful entertainment by the incomparable Desi and DJ Flip's musical artistry to top off the evening.

Outstanding Service
Our party stayed for a long weekend with a few activities planned. Besides the few outings we stayed put in the hotel lounge/bar/restaurant. We felt welcomed with no need to go anywhere else. Everyone in their staff made us feel right at home, from the valet guys, front desk, lounge host, bartenders. Kudos to Veronica, Marvin, Troy and Justin for their impecable attention to detail. Jordy and Jayda were so helpfull at the front desk as well as Antoine overseeing all. Many thanks to Palmer for putting all together and making the experience beyond expectations.

Ceren served us on both days during brunch. She was amazing and was very attentive. Our dinner service was not a great but Ceren made up for it!
