Excellent experience, especially with Jesse! Felt like family! Food was great with interesting mix of flavors.

I brought my daughter and her nine friends to stay the night for her 16th birthday. I researched Best rooftop Pool and hot tub in Dallas and landed on the Virgin. I could chosen so many others, but the Virgin’s hot tub and pool area looked amazing and this was going to be where we spent the majority of our time, so it was super important to find a great place. We had 2 rooms that totaled $1500 for one night. When the girls got to the hot tub it was broken. No heat. It was so very disappointing. It was too cold to swim so we had to go back to the room for the entire stay. We hadn’t planned anything else, so the girls watched a movie and went to bed. We could have done this at our house and it would have been free. Just so, SO much money for nothing. I’m just so disappointed and so we’re the ten 16 yr old girls.

While I loved our room (we had a suite with a balcony) the Valet parking is over $40 and they charge you each time you turn in your vehicle (even if it’s the same day). The shower had amazing water pressure, but it smelled a bit and the floor looked really dirty. We also ordered room service but took an hour for it to arrive; which meant we had to eat quickly to get out in time for check-out.

Flew to Texas for daughters graduation. My friends and I stayed here at the Virgin Hotel . We came to relax by pool and sit in hot tube .Only place to park at night was hotel who charged 49 dollars per night .Than got there put are swim suits on to go to hottub and pool .Went to get in hot tub and it was freezing. Said there heating element was out .Than the want you to reserve place to sit at pool Have to pay for that .Than we decided to go out on town come back to turn TV on didn't work .Everything you do at hotel they charge you for .We spend 436 dollars for room and was charged for Amenities .Which were broke .Total when left was 500 and sum dollars .Called down to see if they had Is complimentary breakfast which guy said no Than said would give 25 coupon for breakfast said just come down in morning we will have it .Which when got down there in morning didn't know what I was talking about One thing to pay for hotel .Than have to pay more for everything is wrong .Never again will we go to high end hotel .also are main show didn't work

Loved the ambiance and loved Deondre even more! He made sure our experience was top notch. The singer “Sexual Chocolate” was great as well and we’ll definitely be back!
