Hotel is great Staff is great with the exception of can’t be bothered front desk night staff. if you’re looking for a peaceful hotel stay, this is not the place for you. Rooftop pool area turns into a club at night, which is loud and can be heard throughout the building. In addition the patrons of the club are nasty obnoxious and think they own the place , somehow they found their way onto the guest room floors despite having a separate elevator. When roaming the floors they bang on doors abuse guess typical low life attendees. apparently management is well aware of the Club issue but is unwilling to do anything about it.

My husband and I come to delray once a year and stay at a different hotel each time. This time we stayed at the Ray Hotel and it is by far the best hotel yet! Customer service, cleanness, activities and just everything they have to offer is amazing. The hotel offers a free shuttle from the hotel to the beach and back and they provide you with towels, and waters. You also use their pass and you don’t need to pay for the umbrellas and chairs at the beach!! We are walking distance to all great restaurants and Atlantic avenue which is the hot spot in delray!! I am a clean freak and the hotel is spotless. The staff came and cleaned our room each day when asked. 10/10! The shower in the room has great pressure, the sink not so much so I recommend brushing your teeth in the shower LOL. The hotel also has a rooftop with an Infiniti pool and chairs(which was so nice) and a gym which my husband and I used each morning. The gym is amazing, has pelotons!!! Also water, cold towels for the end of your workout and a bowl of scrunchies which I LOVED since mine broke and I needed one so bad!! Overall this hotel is great, has everything you need and is worth every penny. Highly recommend !

Just spent a long weekend at The Ray hotel in Delray Beach. It was our first time staying there and we loved it! The hotel is fairly new and has nice upscale, modern tropical vibe ( feels like South Beach). We received upgrades on our rooms as Hilton Honors members and thanks to booking thru our travel agent. The location is perfect for walking to all of the restaurants on Atlantic Ave, but enough off the beaten path to avoid the crowds. I was very pleased that we literally heard no noise from the street or restaurants when we were in our rooms. The rooftop pool and lounge are fantastic, but can get busy. Since the hotel is not right on the beach, they offer a very nice service: We were given a tote bag with towels and waters, plus a voucher for free lounge chairs and an umbrella at the public beach in DelRay. They drive you there in a golf cart that leaves every half hour. There are 2 very nice restaurants on the property ( one Italian, the other sushi). Expensive, but excellent. The gym is huge and very well appointed. Above all, we were most impressed with the incredible service we had from everyone who worked there. The entire staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

The Ray was a perfect choice for a couples weekend. From cool rooftop pool and bar scene, beautiful room with balcony, great restaurants, huge 24/7 gym, bikes, beach set up, beach trolley and walking distance to all the Atlantic Ave goings on - there was plenty on offer. The staff, particularly Peter, was there to go the distance for any request. Highly recommend for a fun weekend in Delray.

Anytime I’m coming to Delray Beach I choose The Ray. I’ve been twice this year already and will be back again. I have tried many other local spots, but this hotel is solid every time. The staff is always friendly and helpful - the valets, front desk, coffee shop, housekeeping - all super accommodating. I love the room decor - coastal vibes for sure - and it’s so clean that I feel like I’m the first person to have ever stayed in that particular room. It’s nice to wind up here after a long day. I felt particularly drawn to writing this review because I had several great interactions with Linsey at the front desk. I was solo this trip and needed her help quite a bit - she was always friendly and positive - explaining how to get my car from the valet, checking in with me via text and responding to my text questions so quickly! I love the ability to text- and Linsey didn’t let me down. She was so responsive. I also want to give her a nod because I was in the far end of the lobby watching a hotel guest loudly complaining about a delay in getting something extra to their room. She was calm and collected and attempted to remedy the situation, offering several solutions from what I could tell. After the exchange I felt so bad because this is one of the best front desk teams - and I’ve stayed at many hotels. So for this review, I wanted to highlight how wonderful the front desk has always been to me, my husband and children when we stay. But Linsey’s professionalism, ability to handle a clearly challenging situation, while also being super attentive to me wnd my many questions was above and beyond. It really made me want to give her my thanks. I look forward to returning in August!!
