Fairmont Doha

I had an unexpected situation when my flight was cancelled due to the air strike, and I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Randy, who works at the Fairmont Hotel concierge, was absolutely incredible during this time. He quickly stepped in to help and directed me to the Qatar Airways office when I couldn’t get through to them via phone or online chat. His calm and supportive manner made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. When I returned, he was just as warm, attentive, and helpful—genuinely caring and professional throughout. Thank you, Randy, for your kindness and assistance. You truly turned a difficult day into a manageable one. Fairmont is lucky to have someone like you!

I would like to write a brief review in regard to a wonderful gentleman named Sulaiman. He was nothing short of courteous, charismatic and charming. He went out of his way to give us a tour of the hotel and done so with much energy that was very well received

Really enjoyed our stay at Fairmont Doha. The hotel is very welcoming, clean and fresh. Staff have great attention to detail and truly make your stay special. Every time we walked through the door we were warmly welcomed by Sulaiman. As Accor diamond I had access to Fairmont Gold, which included the lounge with breakfast and evening finger foods / drinks. We felt well looked after by Adrian and all the staff there. Looking forward to returning.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, we will definitely be back. Success was so lovely and did an amazing job! All of the concierge staff went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

I have had the privilege to stay at this stunning hotel for my honeymoon. The service by the staff across every area of the hotel has been immaculate. We were greeted with a lovely honeymoon set up in our beautiful sea view room. The room service has been spot on and anything requested was always received very professionally. Me and my husband felt very welcomed by Mr Sulaiman every time we walked through the hotel entrance. He made our stay very memorable with his very warm, positive and bubbly energy. I am looking forward to returning here soon.
