Truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had!
We had an absolutely outstanding stay at the Fairmont Doha, and a huge part of that was thanks to Suleiman. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism that we felt at home instantly. He was like our personal receptionist, always attentive, always smiling, and going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had!

I would like to give a big thank you to Sulaiman for making our stay extra special. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel welcome. He took the time to show us around our room and shared helpful information about the hotel and its facilities. What really stood out was his positive energy and great vibe — he is always smiling, approachable, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. It’s clear that he takes pride in what he does, and it made our experience even more enjoyable. Sulaiman is truly an asset to the hotel, and we are very grateful for his outstanding hospitality! Amazing service
The Fairmont is an amazing hotel in an iconic building, but what tops it off is the level of personal service provided by Sulaiman. After check-in, he escorted us up to our room, showing us around the facilities there. Then taking us up to see the restaurant and the pools. On our final day, we had a late flight back home and we sat in the hotel lobby for the last hour to kill some time before our taxi arrived. Sulaiman provided us with free water and snacks whilst we waited. And it wasn't just Sulaiman. Every interaction we had with staff at this hotel was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and keen to help. From the reception staff to the people on the door. If the Fairmont is the "affordable" partner to the Raffles Hotel next door, I can't imagine what the level of service there is like!
