The whole staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. Oka from the beach crew specifically was absolutely great. Linette from the concierge also helped us a great deal in arranging a boat ride with an external provider. The rooms are renovated and gorgeously decorated. State of the art technology and excellent cleanliness.

It was a great experience staying at ritz carlton hotel doha this place is amazing the service , the food everything, the staff were very friendly with me and they welcomed me , I had my breakfast at lagoon it’s amazing restaurant. Afaf she welcomed me and she explained for me the buffet Also hatim he is a great waiter he served me he take care of me , he make sure that the order service on time really he is a good guy, also the food was very delicious. Finally I want to thanks all the staff especially hatim and Afaf they make me happy and of course I will come back a gain

If I could rate this hotel higher I would. Having read the reviews I expected excellent but the service far exceeded my expectations. Every member of staff was friendly and attentive and so helpful with my 8 month old. They would help entertain him so I could eat and feed him. The quality of the breakfast and dinner at lagoon was incredible and the chefs were so willing to make something not on the buffet which was needed at times for the baby. The pool area was always clean and the bar staff were regularly walking around offering water and watermelon to help keep hydrated in the 40’c heat. Special shout out to Hatim who was so helpful and attentive. When next in Doha I would not even consider a different hotel. Many thanks for making this stay so memorable.

First of all, this is a AAA+ SERVICE AND STAFF, had a wonderful time there was a special relations agent Reina whom made our stay wonderful, we celebrated our Anniversary and we also had half board included which they made our special stay very nice, they have so many details to our stay cannot even finish all they did for us! My parents enjoyed every moment of the hotel, rooms are modern but so comfortable, they made our beds extra feather bed to make it fluffier, We love you Ritz Doha, we will Definitely will stay here again ! Thank you so much for all the attention you gave us!! Love you always, Ritz is the only consideration Hotel!!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. I particularly thank Fatima Zora for her welcome, her kindness, always attentive and delicate. the service was impeccable, The setting heavenly and the food perfect. I recommend this hotel to all my friends. I hope to come back soon..
