Quasim in concierge was fantastic
Only 3 days in and Quasim from the concierge has been unbelievably helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and to seek out Quasim for opinions on local dining experiences and activities. I cannot recommend Quasim enough.

My stay at Fairmont The Palm was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful rooms, spotless cleanliness, and breathtaking views. The service truly stood out — every staff member was warm(thank you Peter gitahi), professional, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The facilities are world-class, the atmosphere is calm and luxurious, and everything is perfectly organized. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to return even before you leave. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and top-tier hospitality.
