I stayed at Fairmont The Palm and I am very happy. The room was clean, staff were friendly, and everything was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend! Also roju and shoukaina from front office was the best.

Amazing Family Experience
We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Fairmont The Palm and it truly turned into a memorable family getaway. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thank you to Soukaina, Jhen, and Zainh for going above and beyond — their warmth and thoughtful room upgrade made our stay even more special. It’s these personal touches that really make a difference. The overall experience was fantastic — beautiful property, great service, and a very family-friendly atmosphere. My mom and kids thoroughly enjoyed every moment, from the pool to the beach and everything in between. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable staycation in Dubai. We’ll definitely be coming back!
