Had an excellent stay at the hotel, this was our 3rd time at the hotel and 2nd time at the Gold Club. Overall our stay was fantastic, the food, drinks and service was exceptional. With the exception of Flow Kitchen. I do think that outwith the Hotel Sedans, the hotel could do with a taxi contract. There is now the Beach Clubs on the walkway, which are noisy at weekends. We realise the hotel has no control over this. A huge shout out to the Gold Lounge staff. Gilbert, Allen, Assain and Myint they were absolutely fantastic. The area by the pool was also excellent, as was the service. A huge mention had got to go to Sihail, he was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, everything was done with a huge smile. Even on the day where he appeared almost to be on his own. There was a few issues, but this didn't impact our stay too much. See below. When we arrived after a long flight this was 2am in the morning, we were told to go to level 3. We had expected to be on the Gold Floors. We was offered a move the next day, but we declined as didn't want the upheaval after unpacking etc. I do think that you should be close to the lounge etc, not spending a lot of time waiting for lifts etc. There did seem to be an issue with elevators, there was 2 that appeared to be out of service during our stay . We had booked the Flow Kitchen for the Monday Evening, we got a note through our room door on the Sunday telling us it was going to be in the Ballroom. The theme was Street Food, we didn't know this as it wasn't advertised in Advance. To be honest the food was very poor and to be sat in a very underwhelming room being served drinks by a waiter with torn jeans and trainers( I get it was part of the theme) however it's just not what I expected at a Fairmont. I would certainly return in the future

The personel was great. The beach was impossible to relax due to the high volume music coming from the beach club next to it. Everyday starting noon till sunset. Although the manager was informed he said that they could do nothing. This is very sad.

I have been to Dubai around 10 times and this was up there with one of the best stays I’ve had. The hotel was amazing & the staff (Rupei, Shyam & Sudakay in particular) were lovely. Me and my partner loved it, We will definitely be coming back!!!!

It was a great experience. Everything about this hotel was amazing, though the one thing that stood out was Soukaina and her team Houda and Lisa; what lovely people, beautiful to talk to and exceptional at their jobs, I really loved the hotel, the spacious room, the breathtaking sea view, the great spa and hair salon...i will definately come back and book Fairmont The Palm thanks to Soukaina, Houda, and Lisa's wonderful hospitality

Hotel was amazing! Everything was perfect. Housekeeping, Kangkana was brilliant. Food was delicious. Pool and location was spot on. Will definitely be coming back. Staff across all areas were extremely attentive, Nothing was to much bother. Would definitely recommend to families, couples and trip with friends.
