I stayed here 4 days in the beautiful resort. Staff is so friendly and helpfull. I took spa treatment the treatment is amazing, but while in the reception one lady name Lashanthi explained about the treatment and she said performing facial using magnesium coffee scrub, it will helpful for glowing the skin, but later i checked in google about the product, this product is actually using for the body only.... For the management i want to say do something other wise company will lose the valuable guest.... Her behavior also not professional... I can give spa 4/10....

It's was a magical time, The place is beautiful, very clean and the food is very delicious, I chose a suite on the second floor and when they saw my mother they gave us a suite with a pool and sea view on the ground floor. They were all very respectful and welcoming and all the staff were all very friendly and smiling. They made our vacation more wonderful than we expected. Thank you and your wonderful spirits. We enjoyed it very much.

The whole way the world islands function is pure rubbish and this hotel is part of it too. They have "shuttles" for which you have to pay 120 per person to use to get to the hotel. OK, that's fine, except that they only have 2 in the morning and then every 2 hours in the afternoon. I asked if I can just get my own private boat to take us back and forth and they said we need to obtain special permits for that. Same problem with the helicopter. The entire thing is a nasty mess and is so annoying I don't even understand how it can be more inconvenient than it already is (because of its island location). If the poor people can't get there, and the rich people like me also have a hard time to get there, then who is the hotel for? sharks and fish?

Amazing stay I ever have in my life and staff were very friendly and polite. Feel very welcome in the very first place to arrived at Island. Special thant to Mr Amir and Portia front desk who gave us nice villa and look after us. Afman from helious, Monika and Arven from Villa host, Bellman from Ahmed, and there were 2 ladies from the qamar who take care of our dinner and suggest what to eat. I forget those two lady name. I m sorry. Over all stay was amazing and we will come back definitely.

This is our second time here, We had a joyous two night stay, can’t recommend the place enough, in particular because of the staff, the team spirit and attitude is uncanny across the faces you see. Everyone’s polite and willing to do anything in their power to ensure you max your experience. Special thanks to Chawki at breakfast and Chef Khalil, aziza and amir at the check in and for managing our stay day in day out checking on us, Ahmed ‘the buggy man’ who took us on a tour and a special adventure in search of the famous white peacock. My only gripe is with the beach to be cleared of debris more often, wood sticks and the sorts nothing major, tonnes of seashells of inquisitive kids.
