Amazing Holiday and an Amazing Hotel!
We had an incredible stay at an outstanding hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations and absolutely lived up to all the wonderful things we’d heard about Atlantis, The Palm. We’ve been fortunate to travel to many places, but this experience is truly among our very best holidays. This was our first visit to the UAE, and it’s definitely somewhere we’ll be returning to. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one, especially as we were celebrating our 10-year wedding anniversary. We travelled with our two young children, who absolutely loved every moment and still can’t stop talking about the fantastic time they had. The restaurant staff were always so accommodating, and they were more than happy to have the chef prepare special dishes to meet our dietary requirements. Overall, it was a fabulous holiday, and we genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. A special mention goes to Naveen, our designated housekeeper. He did an exceptional job and was adored by our children. He ensured our room was always maintained to the same immaculate standard as the day we arrived. Each day, he surprised the kids with creative towel animals—a truly special skill—and little thoughtful gifts that made them feel so welcome. We stayed in room 17406 in the West Tower between 6th - 15th June. Thank you, Naveen, for your warm hospitality and the joy you brought to our children during our stay.

Above and beyond!
The entire stay has been magical. From the house keeping staff to the restaurant staff and front of house - everyone has been great and so helpful. The service has been incredible. My partner and I got engaged during our trip and DiPak - Nim ensured that everything was perfect. He decorated our room and left flowers and chocolates on our bed. Just wonderful. Thank you!
