Kids always busy
An amazing hotel for traveling with kids. This is our 4th time here! There's always something to keep them busy. They get tired by evening and fall asleep easily. For adults, there are also cozy lounges and romantic restaurants—beautiful and charming. The in-room service is superb. The staff is attentive and always asks if you need anything, fulfilling requests promptly. The housekeeping is also top-notch.

The resort is very nice for a family vacation, we liked how kid friendly it was and all the activities for kids it offered, including the water park. Our favorite place to eat was Kaleidoscope. The food and service were excellent and we didn't branch out to the regular restaurants because of the variety and quality Kaleidoscope offered. It was our preferred choice between that buffet and the Saffron one. The room service crew were extremely nice and took good care of the room that was always clean and tidy. We were touched by the attention to detail they provided. The disappointment came from the front desk and concierge service. These were the people who barely spoke English. The housekeepers and the restaurant staff spoke better English than them. Also, they were giving conflicting and confusing info. From the concierge lady who wasted us 30 min to check on something and did nothing at the end, but promised someone would call us and it didn't happen to the front desk supervisor Marina, who wasn't helpful ether and gave us an empty promise. It's unacceptable the concierge desk to fail to provide any personalized service and the front desk supervisor to not be able to resolve an overdue request at a luxury 5-star resort.

Just amazing. No words for aquarium or service of the hotel. 99% of this amazing atmosphere makes people working here . There is absolutely nothing I could complain about.

Amazing 10/10 experience
Best experience ever, from the concierge to the people working there! Everyone was so nice and we got the best service anyone could ask for. The breakfast buffet and the service we got, 10/10! To coming home from a busy shopping day and the amazing workers helping us getting our bags up to the hotel room 100/10! I would also like to especially thank our guest room valet, Jagat, thank you so much for cleaning up our rooms so nice! My brother, his wife and 4 kids’s room and me and my friends room too, the towels in my brothers room with the towels shaped as 2 big ducks and 4 little ducklings were so cute and for wrapping me and my friends chargers in those cute fish figures (pictures below) 😊 to the coffee and tea being served in the hotel room, and coming home to a hotel room everyday like it was our first time there too (the room being clean and our coffee/tea and toiletries being filled up) If i ever go to Dubai again, hotel atlantis the palm will be my preferred hotel. Thank you!
