Great and caring maid
Want to say a special thanks to my maid,he’s name is Razgqn,my room was always cleaned and fresh, asked if everything was okay and if I was happy with everything in the room,also I was greeted by towel-wearing animals, which was nice to see,thank you my friend 😎

Great hotel for the family
We stayed 8 of us over New Year’s Eve and truly had such a great time. All the rooms were clean and spacious, the hotel is massive and seriously has amazing service - we never had to wait for anything. Breakfast buffet has to be one of the best with very fresh food / drinks etc. pool area never was that crowded and was clean as was the beach- water park was great. Restaurants were in abundance and the Nobu was wonderful- seriously you will not be disappointed- great hotel service and food. We stayed on the 9th floor with a large balcony over the pool and ocean- great view and could hear the live music. New years was a blast and fireworks were great. Thanks for a great time Atlantis 👌

We loved the Atlantis!!!!
We had the best time at the Atlantis Palm. Loved everything about the resort! So many restaurants and things to do for families. Everything was nice and clean and the service and staff were 100. Especially Sowpon who took care of our room for us!! We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at the Atlantis over 20 times but this time has been made considerably special due to our guest room valeter ‘Sarker’ who went above and beyond to ensure the room was completely tidied and cleaned every single day. He thought not just of big details but also of the small ensuring my make up brushes were organised and even that gorgeous designs were made with the towels. Sarker absolutely made our experience as we looked forward to coming back to the room everyday due to him as well as we really enjoyed him knocking the door to see if there was anything else we could do. We cannot thank him enough, he is the best room valeter we have ever had!
