Atlantis The Royal

Where to Start !!! We visit Dubai every year, this visit was for our honeymoon so we chose to stay in the Atlantis Royal. Wow , wow , wow, just doesn't cover it. The hotel is amazing, we stayed in Palm sky view room on the 6th floor of Sunlight tower. The views were so beautiful of the skyline and the fountains. The room was stunning , huge bed , bath and any amenity you could ask for. House keeping was the very best in anywhere we've stayed before. Dinesh was looking after our room and his attention to detail and true welcoming professionalism was outstanding. He even brought the most beautiful flowers to congratulate us on our honeymoon. Thank you Dinesh, you were amazing We spent most of the days around the Nobu by the beach pool, where the staff were so hard working in the heat and always checking in to make sure you had complementary ice bucket full of waters Or take your drinks / food orders. Nobu by the beach brought snacks samples to the sunbeds and cooling such drinks We stayed Bed and breakfast, eating breakfast / brunch in Gastronomy... Truly out of this word.. The selection and quality was just unsurpassed. The lobby and out front staff were super helpful and always welcoming We did want to visit cloud 22 but on the Friday, only to find out the price was double due to a bank holiday and to pay so much for a sunbed was just not justifiable. We will visit next time, we'll just plan on a day where it's not doubled in price for hotel guests The only thing to shed any shadow on the stay was the room deposit was extremely high at 10K Dirhams = £2k for 5 nights, so please take a card with room on to accommodate. This is the highest room deposit we've been asked for in all the years visiting 5 star hotels in Dubai. Dinesh came to view our room before we checked out and I was assured at the front desk the £2K would be refunded. Over all this is the nicest and most amazing hotel we've ever stayed in

My wife and I have been travelling to Dubai every year since 2001 bar pandemic. Having stayed at the best hotels including the Burj the Royal is bye far the best, from checkin to checkout (slight hiccup) everything was amazing. Special thanks to Jenny Lyn, Royal club manger for all her help and her team Will definitely be making a return visit. Mick and Jenny Woollard.

A majestic hotel paired with warm and lovely staff made for a truly special stay. My husband surprised me with a room upgrade, which was absolutely fabulous and included access to the Royal Club Lounge, an exceptional experience in itself. The suite was spacious and beautifully designed. However, I would have preferred if the bathtub faced the sea rather than being tucked away inside the bathroom. Honestly, the hotel offers everything you could possibly need, you wouldn’t even want to leave. From the comfort of the rooms to the quality of amenities, it’s the kind of place that invites you to simply relax and enjoy. Room service was a bit slow at times, but the dry cleaning service was excellent, fast, professional, and perfectly done.
