I am writing to personally thank you, and especially one outstanding individual, for making our visit truly exceptional and memorable. My experience at Atlantis The Royal was impeccable, all thanks to Kamal, your Head of Housekeeping. I can't thank Kamal enough for all of his efforts. His personal attention and genuine hospitality set him apart. He honestly went above and beyond for us, and that level of service is something we won't forget. We certainly enjoyed every moment of our time, and the entire staff and services were impeccable. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for an absolutely incredible stay at Atlantis. The hotel is by far the best I have ever experienced — everything from the service and atmosphere to the interior design exceeded even the highest expectations. We were once again greeted by Suren as we stepped out of the car, and even though this was only our second stay, he immediately recognized us and welcomed us back — an unbelievable level of attention and service I’ve never encountered anywhere else in the world. I would also like to thank the Housekeeping team and Ansanka for surprising my son Alexander with the most amazing treats and a picture of Ronaldo. He was truly touched by your thoughtfulness. We are so grateful for the warm hospitality we always experience at Atlantis, and we will definitely be back very soon.
