We visited the lounge at Atlantis The Royal and had an exceptional experience thanks to Ahmed Monir. Ahmed truly stood out by elevating the entire atmosphere of our visit. He quickly understood our preferences, remembered what we liked, and anticipated what would enhance our experience without us needing to say a word. His recommendations for drinks and food were perfectly aligned with our taste, which made everything feel seamless and personalized. What impressed us most was his intuition and attention to detail. He has a natural ability to read guests and create a refined, comfortable, and enjoyable environment. We genuinely felt treated with a level of care that is rare to find.

Wonderful stay
No wonder that this hotel is the best hotel in dubai. From the ambiance, food, room, everything is excellent. Even when Dubai in this situation, this hotel is still gives the best service ever. Especially for the lady in the the kids club, it's sityy and bella, they play along with our kids all the time. This is the warmest hospitality that I get
