Exceptional Service
Here’s a polished review you could post: We had such a wonderful stay this weekend, made even better by the exceptional service from Juan Welerman at the check-out desk. He was incredibly kind, friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout our departure, making the whole experience feel seamless and pleasant after such a dreamy stay. What really stood out was how he personally went outside to help us locate our car and made sure all of our luggage was carefully loaded before we left. That level of care and attention truly made a lasting impression. Thank you, Juan, for your outstanding hospitality — you are a real credit to the hotel!

Mounir from royal club lounge gave us a great service all day! We first visited at afternoon tea time, he took very good care of us. Again we visited at royal hour time, helped us with food and drinks during our time there His service is amazing ! He also have a very good sense of humour, he was joking while helping us with drinks and we had very good time there because of him

Not Family Friendly Hotel at all Its a singles place to go and show off
This is actually an update to a previous review which i have deleted. Its not a children friendly Hotel At all! Unfortunatelly there are many many restriction to dining with Children. Nothing that gets you to return to this Hotel. Its means for solo people and not if you are ok to sleep at 6 or 7pm. If you want to go out and dine with children you are limited to 1 or 2 basic restaurants you can get at a mall. Very unfortunate and not what one expects from a self perclaimed family friendly Hotel. They had basically half of the restaurants closed and those that were open one allowed Children. There are much better family friendly places
