Best experience ever
Madi and Mimi where AMAZING, I had a body massage and face treatment like I have never had before. There are the best and everyone was sooo welcoming. I recommend 10000% and would definitely come back. Thank you for creating such an amazing place to relax with a lovely staff

Stunning desert stay and Safari
All the staff were so helpful and made sure to go out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel itself is stunning with so much beautiful attention to detail. Our private safari with Ismail was the best I have ever done in Dubai as he took extra time to teach us about the wildlife and nature of the desert. If you want some incredible dune bashing mixed with knowledge of the area, he is the best choice around. The restaurants and food were also fantastic. We will be returning.

BAB - AL - SHMAM I LOVE YOU!!!
Bab- Al- Shams is off the charts, hospitality that the world can learn from!! I was there with friends for my sister's milestone birthday & we couldn't ask fof more. The drive was peaceful, & the minute we entered, the magic began - welcome drinks, ambience, rooms, breakfast. The staff were impeccable, & nothing was too much. The spa was beautiful - hope I return to experience the new one in the not too distant future........ Thank you Bab - Al - Shams fof your service!! 💖 I loved seeing my NAME in the welcome message on TV screen in my room!!

Best safari experience
It’s definite worth it for the safari ride. Very good experience. Ismail is a great driver, entertainer and a good cameraman. Will come back for more if get a chance.
