We had a truly exceptional stay at the Burj Al Arab. Having stayed at several Jumeirah properties before (with mixed experiences) and in a number of ultra-luxury resorts worldwide, I can confidently say that the Burj Al Arab stands in a category of its own. The interiors may not reflect contemporary design or my personal taste, but there’s no denying that every detail is executed with absolute top-tier quality. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the unparalleled service and attention to detail. From the moment we were picked up to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, the team ensured we were consistently cared for. Special thanks to Anaëlle from Guest Relations, the butlers, and the wider team, who were always proactive and accommodating—whether arranging dinner reservations or a buggy ride to the nearest beach. The F&B offering also deserves mention: from breakfast to dinner at SAL, the food and service were outstanding. Everything was fresh, recommendations were thoughtful, and even off-menu requests were handled seamlessly. This combination of service excellence, culinary quality, and flawless hospitality makes Burj Al Arab a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

Great experience! Enjoyed every minute! We stayed two days and we loved it More than I imagined, not the luxury side, the service side, so much better than I expected. The staff were so attentive, polite and respectful. No pressure, I felt respected, welcomed, cared. The tour around the other hotels and resorts was wonderful too. The boat tour was so lovely. The walking around was peaceful and pleasant. The buggy service was great. Everywhere was beautiful!

From the very first moment, the experience felt like stepping into a world where luxury meets warmth. The ambience was breathtaking — every corner of the hotel radiated elegance, and the vibe itself made us feel like royalty. A big shoutout to Faith for making our reservations smooth and hassle-free. She set the tone for what would become one of the most memorable stays of our lives. Special Anniversary Touch The team went above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable. We were surprised with a Ferrero Rocher cake (which tasted divine!) and beautifully crafted greeting cards. That thoughtful gesture alone made us feel celebrated, but the surprises didn’t end there. At SAL Restaurant Lunch at SAL Burj Al Arab Restaurant was an experience in itself. Special thanks to Sanjay, who not only ensured everything was perfect but also gave us a private tour of the pool area and cabanas — it felt like we had exclusive access to a hidden paradise. The Star of Our Stay – Mr. Caleb Odhiambo If there was one person who turned our stay into an unforgettable story, it was Mr. Caleb Odhiambo. His hospitality was beyond exceptional. From the smallest gestures to the grandest, he made us feel like we were his personal guests. He showed us the magnificent 3-bedroom suite — a glimpse of our future goal stay! He personally arranged a late checkout and surprised us with a thoughtful souvenir coaster set. He seamlessly coordinated our luggage across different locations within the property so we could enjoy the indoor swimming pool without worry. He brewed us hot cappuccinos himself, set up our Jacuzzi, clicked our perfect anniversary photos, and even bid us goodbye at the exit with the same warmth he welcomed us. Honestly, it felt less like hotel service and more like being hosted by a true friend who wanted us to take back not just memories, but stories to cherish forever. Final Thoughts Every single moment at Burj Al Arab felt personal, elegant, and heartwarming. Thanks to the incredible team — and especially Mr. Caleb — we are already planning our next stay. And this time, we’re eyeing that 3-bedroom suite as our new milestone dream. Burj Al Arab didn’t just give us a stay. It gave us a story we’ll proudly tell for years to come. Thank you.
