This is an excellent hotel. Conveniently located. The staff is super friendly, they are always willing to help. The breakfast is great too! On my way out before leaving for the airport, Mr Badawy offered very kindly water and a delicious arabic coffee. I can recommend this hotel , my brother and myself enjoyed it very much.

Well, my stay was just beyond all expectations right from the beginning. I loved the room and all hotel facilities, plus the location right next to the DWTC metro station. The executive lounge has magnificent views and the level of service was impeccable. My special thanks go to Mrs./Ms. Rashni and her colleagues at the executive lounge, for their kindness and warm style of hospitality. Also, the Hilton team at the pool & Bliss 6 deserve and special thank you. I truly hope that I'll have a chance to visit this hotel again in the future. The only little thing which could be enhanced as per my experience, is that at the Ballarò restaurant the staff could be a bit active with coffee serving. At least in the early hours of the breakfast, I had to wait quite a bit to get coffee order going.

Mr Badawi is a great staff and very accomodating. Wish him all the best! He offered us arabic coffe and some delicious cookies to refresh our morning check out in the lobby.. it was great to meet him and he always bring smile on his face to everyone.
