Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

Очень хороший отель! Номер в отличном состоянии , полотенца идеально белые! Уборку в номере делают очень внимательно. Спасибо за чистоту уборщику SAI .Особенно хочется отметить питание. Широчайший ассортимент и на завтрак и на обед и на ужин. Лежаки на пляже очень удобные. Много зонтов. Море чистое. Вид красивый.

This hotel is absolutely incredible, the facilities here are the best I’ve ever experienced on a holiday.Me and my girlfriend came here for 10 days and it was the perfect hotel and location for a couples holiday.The food is incredible every day for breakfast lunch and dinner,there isn’t a huge selection of food but the quality of the food is second to none so there is something for everyone to enjoy.The staff are also an integral part of the hotel,particularly Ketut and Rakesh they are just 2 of the many great staff members at this hotel.i would urge anyone to stay here if you are thinking of coming Dubai,whether that’s with a family,a partner or even on your own.

It was a wonderful holiday. Everything in the hotel was perfect. The friendly staff deserves special praise – especially the housekeeping staff, who were always very kind and thorough. Many thanks to the housekeeping service from Maya! Love it here!

Lovely friendly staff. Nice surprise in room for my birthday. Balloons and cake and a card. Only just arrived, but I feel so welcome already. Grounds are lovely and infinity pool and private beach is amazing. Plenty of sunbeds. Staff are so attentive and go above and beyond if you need anything. Highly recommend so far.

Fourth time staying at the Dukes and had a great time. Location is great opposite Nakeel Mall and all major attractions are within 20 - 30 mins (non peak times traffic) Breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice but at times can be very busy and hectic so the earlier the better. The beach/pool area is safe and clean and the restaurant Ula is worth a visit if even only for a drink in the evening. Our room was more than adequate and well looked after by Kamal from house keeping. Will be returning again in the future.
