Very disappointed
Staying here now for a week with my grandchildren not happy to find on the weekends they can’t take there rubber rings in the pool even though one of them is 3 so only small rings because they can’t swim was told they can use the lazy river, it’s not a lazy river as you need to walk around it & as a family a lot of your time & memories are around the pool so very disappointed there’s a lot of tiles missing all around the pool , we was locked out off 1 room so had to wait , so definitely not a family hotel & definitely what come back or recommend, Sally

Great stay recommended
Great hotel lovely staff polite helpful and happy room was great 👍 only negative which is small no custard served with the delicious crumble made us British love custard with crumble other then that not a single thing I can complain about the reception staff were outstanding especially the gentlemen who did the late shift

Fantastic stay, great value for money, wonderful staff!
We had a wonderful stay at Dukes. Every member of staff was polite and helpful. Our rooms were perfect, super comfy beds and well equipped with all we needed to our 2 week stay. Special mention to Arayan who kept our rooms sparkling and always did so with a smile and a happy good morning every day! Breakfast buffet was varied and delicious every single day with some incredible pastries! Great location and would definitely stay here again as value for money was perfect.
