The entire facilities was amazing, GBR restaurants was great a lot of buffet selection, the atmosphere and ambiance was so relaxing , All the staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming

Beautiful Hotel in a wonderful setting
Hotel was stunning, all staff members made our stay very memorable. I honestly could not fault any part of our stay. Great views from the pool and beach. Restaurants and bars were excellent. Would definitely recommend and will be back again very soon!

Poor service, unfriendly staff
The standard of service provided at Dukes was pathetic. Staff were unfriendly, and the towel hanger in the bathroom fell on the floor while we were inside. Multiple calls had to be made to get it fixed and despite this, no option to change the room was offered. The hotel is not baby friendly either
