Amazing holiday!!
Everything was absolutely amazing, service was 10/10. We will definitely be returning. All the staff were amazing, shoutout to Stephen who was always so helpful. We will definitely be back to the hotel for sure. The food was delicious and the pool and beach areas were amazing!!

Breakfast experience ~ super awesome hospitality
The hospitality of staff is unmatched. Specic shout out to Prasad at breakfast area. I was too late for the breakfast as had slept latem when I entered everything was finished. This guy went out of the way and served my nice omelette and juices. He could have just said sorry we are closed. Instead he said I will ensure you get breakfast Sir. He won my heart.

My organisation recently had a morning event at Duke’s the Palm. Ballroom is really elegant plus the breakfast spread was sumptuous. You can really taste that they prepared with love by the team. Kudos to Jett, Chef Ravi, Ramesh & Ashish. We will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome staycation
Excellent stay with hospital staffs and service offerings that are a real value for money. It is worthy mentioning the Reception staff Mr.Hakam who was extremely professional, modest and very helpful. The stay was very pleasant overall. Lazy river and Infinity pools were thrilling indeed.
