Nice and excellent services. Facilities are clean and breakfast is food. Ms. Merlyn is very accomodating and efficient.

While nothing is perfect, The Fairmont Dubai is close to perfection. The location was perfect in that when we wanted to hop on the metro; it was literally less than a block away. The daily breakfast buffet was one of the best perks and was quite filling. The omelette bar and selection was phenomenal. ALL of the staff were accommodating and amenable. Merlyn really took care of ua upon check-in and throughout our stay, whenever we saw her. Gerald and all of the concierge staff was also helpful. The pool was great! Kamal at the Cigar Bar was a gem. The Lobby reataurant had good on site food. There were two clubs nearby if we wanted a night out. Most importantly, the rooms and bathrooms were huge and the beds were amazingly comfortable. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Excellent Ousnan service he is provide reputable and respected service. The Hotel in general is Excellent . The Reception , the Gym is excellent. The breakfast has queue needs improvement. with Regard to Reception also excellent. All the Hotel facility is working well.
