Jumeirah Al Naseem

An assistant/waiter at the Adult pool in Al Naseem named Ismail was very helpful towards me and my siblings when we requested to have 3 seats next to each other in a shaded part and was always happy to help with drinks, water and ice etc.

Room is nice, Palmery good for allergies; chefs helped sort us all out. Adult pool was the highlight -Thank you Ismail for helping us and looking after us everyday.

This hotel is honestly one of the nicest hotels in Dubai. It’s usually an expensive hotel but we got a great deal. The staff cannot do enough for you. They are all extremely helpful and polite. We had the most amazing staff help with our check in and check out. She was a blonde lady, her name started with A but I can’t remember now her full name. We got upgraded and it was my friends birthday, when we got into the room they had cake and fruit in the room. The beds and pillows are next level comfortable. Turn down services easy access to staff and concierge through whatsapp and access to the TV. Ice lollies but the pool and an amazing breakfast. Would highly recommend this experience!

Recently stayed for one week. We have visited Dubai numerous times, this hotel is exceptional! So much so we booked to return again in October before we left. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. Especially Ismal by the adult swimming pool, He made sure we had everything we needed at all times throughout the day and was very knowledgeable whenever we needed to know where anything was within the resort. A real credit to the team. All restaurants were fantastic and we did not need to leave the complex as it had everything we needed, With me being pregnant this was perfect for a stress free holiday for us. We can’t wait to return.
