Jumeirah Al Naseem

Best out of all jumeirah hotels. A big shout to Mr. Azar Saliba. He made our vacation 10 times better than what we were hoping for. I was so impressed with his professionalism and how he cares about each guest. Keep it up

We recently returned to Al Naseem in Dubai and, as always, had an amazing time. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome - friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thanks to Yousef, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable and special. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with beautifully designed rooms and surroundings that are always kept spotless. The location couldn’t be more perfect, offering both convenience and breathtaking views. The personal touches throughout the hotel build lasting relationships and make every stay feel so special to us. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return. Al Naseem never misses when it comes to customer care, cleanliness, beauty, and the overall experience - just perfection every time. Thank you so much for another incredible holiday.

We spent most of our holiday around the adult pool at Al Naseem, and we were so well looked after by Ismail and Sreejith. They truly made our stay extra special. Both of them went above and beyond every single day - always so attentive, friendly, and genuinely hardworking. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s rare to come across such dedication and kindness, and these two gentlemen really stood out. They brought such positive energy to our holiday and made us feel completely relaxed and cared for. A huge thank you to Ismail and Sreejith – you are a credit to the hotel, and we hope management recognises just how much of a difference you make to guests’ experiences. We can’t wait to return and see them again!

We have been to this Hotel several times over the years and it is still a good Hotel generally. We noticed this time that there was just a lack of that 'something' that they used to do so well. For example the gifts that used to be left in the room each evening are now only given 2 nights (out of 5) for us, a small thing but noticeable and the ones we did get were cheap tat. The Security literally guarding the corridor to the rooms in the evening could do with some customer training, it's one thing to ask guests if they are staying there but the attitude of one in particular left us feeling like interlopers who had fraud in mind, not good when you're paying for a 5 star Hotel. Now and again the restaurants, particularly breakfast left us sitting in crumbs and were just a little bit grimy looking, all minor stuff I know but noticeable this year when they haven't been before. They still do plenty of good stuff though, we has 2 fabulous bedrooms, spacious, very clean and comfortable. A little chaotic around the reception desks, plenty of staff but only a couple who could actually help when there was an issue. Best of all is the adult pool, we were tended to every day by Ismail who is a lovely, terrific man who has such a positive attitude. All the pool staff were great but Ismail is the standout, working hard to ensure we had a good time, towels, water, service and on our last day a lovely surprise laid out on our chairs. He is the one man who would make us think about returning to the Al Naseem when there are plenty of other Hotels we have yet to try out. All in all this was another nice stay but I am left wondering whether it's time to try out a new Hotel....but then....there's Ismail!

We had the absolute best time at this wonderful resort. The hotel is so clean and the staff are so kind. The room is so wonderful and the breakfast is absolutely delightful. Jamal from breakfast was so kind to us and made our experience so enjoyable. He had a beautiful smile that lit up the room! Thank you Jamal. Highly recommend this place!
