JAN is the best hotel in the world and Mr Anubhav Malik made it more special for me and my family, He really looked after us and gave such a personal touch. That’s why I would stay here 100 nights a year.

We would like to thank the Team at Jumeirah Al Naseem for the exceptional service we received during our stay at this amazing hotel , nothing was to much trouble A special mention to Becs at the check in desk for allocating our room as per our requests , this truly did set the standard and we were really appreciative as this definitely did enhanced our stay. We booked an Ocean Club Superior Room on Half Board Our room was perfect , luxurious with a balcony and great views of The Burj Al,Arab. We loved the dine around options with Jumeirah Summer Flavours. We dined at Dhow and Anchor, Trattoria, Summersalt and one of our favourites was Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia . We spent time in the club lounge and would like to thank Charith who looked after us during our many visits. We have stayed at most of the Madinat hotels, but the customer service at Jumeirah Al,Naseem really stood out for us. So thank you to the team at Jumeirah Al Naseem for making our stay a truly unforgettable experience.

Beautiful 5 star hotel, differentiated by the quality of service and wonderful staff
This is our 4th time to Al Naseem and it never disappoints. It fulfils the expectations of a 5-star resort and then some, with well equipped rooms, gorgeous well maintained grounds and excellent restaurants and service. On this trip, a special mention to the staff at Sugarmash and the adult pool. In particular we want to shout-out Ismail who looked after us so well with his wonderful demeanour and attention to detail. Always a smile from Ismail, nothing too much trouble. An excellent member of the team. It was our wedding anniversary and we were treated by the hotel with flowers and a beautiful cake as well as free desserts at our dinners! Special mention here to Dan, from guest services who hand delivered roses to our room and made sure we were settled and had what we needed. Highly recommend

Amazing stay at Al Naseem - everything was 10/10. Ismail at the adult pool is so hard working, attentive and couldn’t do more to help! One of my favourite hotel breakfasts.
