An awesome stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem
December 2025 We recently had an 8 night stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem and this is by far one of my favourite hotels in Dubai. Having visited Dubai in excess of 50 times - this statement says a lot. Exceptional service from start to finish. Stunning room with ocean/Burj Al Arab views and a beautiful private beach. The only minor down point is that that the breakfast room is exceptionally busy due to the size of the hotel however the positives significantly outweigh this one and only negative. Excellent on site restaurants and poolside bars and service.

Brilliant Hotel - worth the money! And Thank you Turkan!
Where do I start? On the first day I had the best experience, every single person working here was so lovely. The amenities are so clean and tidy, the food unbelievable, worth every single penny. Nobody was nicer than the Azerbaijani lady Turkan at the front desk, she honestly made our trip so amazing she was the nicest person we met! Thank you much Turkan for sorting our our room!

Incredible Hotel & Service 11/10!
We recently stayed at this hotel from 1st Dec - 9th Dec. We always love coming to Dubai for our holiday & we ALWAYS pick Jumeirah, simply because of the amazing service & quality that they offer. We want to give a HUGE shoutout to the team at the Adult Pool Ismail & Mohana who were incredible to us the whole time we stayed, we felt like royalty round the pool , they were always so helpful, friendly & kind - couldn’t have asked for better people to look after us. Also, to Vipul and the team at the bar (Sugarmash), so friendly and kind, even offered me a wellness drink when I felt poorly, incredible service throughout the week. Lastly, a special shoutout to Director of Rooms, James Wilson, who we met for the first time this trip & helped us out HUGELY with check-out as well as general advice during our stay, amazing guy - thank you! This is an incredible hotel & we always look forward to returning. Thank you, Charlie Woollard & Annika Thomas ❤️

A lifetime experience. The best hotel we have ever stayed
Amazing experience. Extremely clean . They satisfied our every need . The amenities were great . Everyone was very polite and would help us in our every request . Great view and the beach is one of a kind! We were super satisfied also in all restaurants of the group. The breakfast was enormous and delicious available for every taste and preference .

An amazing hotel
We had the best holiday of our lives at Jumeirah Al Naseem. Everything was just perfect, the food was amazing and the service was exceptional. Special mention to Ismail at Sugarmash pool, who was so kind and attentive, offering such a personal service. We will definitely return!
