Amazing.
This hotel is exceptional. Excellent facilities and the staff are fantastic. The club lounge is amazing. A little oasis of excellence. The adult pool is perfection too. Nothing is too much trouble for Ismail and his team. It is hard to beat and you will not want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful second stay. Hopefully many more will follow.

Deposit Refund still not received 2 months later
I feel forced to write a second review following my visit in November, due to the issues I have had in receiving the refund for my unspent deposit that was taken from me when I checked in. Upon check in I was asked to pay 5000 AED deposit, approx £1,000. Upon check out on 27th November 2025 I was informed that I would receive the refund of the unspent deposit (approx £700) within 5 days. It is now over 2 months later and I have not received the refund despite many WhatsApp messages and emails. I have practically begged the team to help me resolve this, as I now have to pay the second instalment on my credit card for this which I cannot afford. Please be wary when you leave the deposit and be vigilant to make sure you get it back. I’m losing hope I will ever see my refund, which has changed my view of the hotel and would make me reconsider returning.

Our stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and spoiled in the most beautiful way. The entire team went above and beyond to make me and Demi happy – and when I say everyone, I truly mean everyone. From the luggage porters, front desk and housekeeping teams to the restaurant staff, pool team, and lifeguards, every single person was kind, attentive, polite, and incredibly professional. The level of service is simply outstanding and comes straight from the heart. Our room was absolutely wonderful: stunning views, exceptional comfort, and a sense of peace and luxury that is hard to describe. Every detail felt thoughtful and perfectly executed. I had stayed at Jumeirah hotels before, but always for work. This time, I was finally able to slow down, focus on the details, and truly experience the soul of the hotel. And without a doubt, this was the best hotel experience of my life. Jumeirah Al Naseem is not just a hotel, it’s a feeling. We are already counting the days to come back. very pleasant stay. during breakfast, Emad assisted us and provided us everything we needed. staff are all attentive and friendly! there are a lot of options for food, even vegan ones.
