Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are beautifully designed and maintained, with breathtaking sea views that make the experience even more special. The resort facilities are equally incredible, with several stunning pools, a beautiful beach, and a wide variety of restaurants, all within just a few minutes’ walk. It offers so many different options to relax and enjoy every moment of the stay. The breakfast buffet also deserves special mention, offering an impressive variety of options for every taste. The quality of the food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly charming, attentive, and welcoming every morning. In terms of service, this hotel truly exceeds all expectations. The staff is exceptionally attentive, proactive, and genuinely dedicated to making every guest’s stay feel like a little paradise. We stayed at the hotel during the particularly challenging context of the tensions in the Middle East, yet we always felt completely safe within the resort. Despite the surrounding situation, we were able to fully enjoy a deeply positive and relaxing experience, a truly magical escape.

At The Palmery, the staff EMAD were welcoming, polite, and professional throughout the service. They were attentive and helpful, ensuring guests were well taken care of. Service was generally smooth, with slight delays during peak hours, but overall hospitality was good and aligned with a luxury dining experience. The food was fresh and enjoyable overall, with a nice variety of options.

Kuya emad was the best crew when we had our breakfast at the Palmerie , it was a wonderful experience indeed .. we had a good breakfast and on top of that a fantastic crew

Your kindness, your little attentions, and your warmth truly touched me and made this time even more beautiful and memorable for our family. A special mention as well to Shirsty, the hotel reception manager, who once again during our stay showed exceptional professionalism, genuine care, and immense kindness.
