The best hotel where you want to go back
It was an unforgettable holiday! Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has absolutely everything to satisfy any desire of customers. The hotel staff is incredibly polite and pleasant. Picturesque beaches. There is atmosphere of peace and tranquil around. More than 20 different restaurants in the hotel area. Luxuriously decorated area with swimming pool, à la carte restaurants with exquisite cuisine and plenty of entertainment for every taste! It is the best resort in the world!

Our stay at Jumairah Marsa Al Arab was fantastic, the hotel is a must visit for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious stay. The hotel room was amazing, the service was second to none and I must mention Shayma who made our stay very enjoyable and the hotel amenities were top notch. If you’re debating staying in the hotel I highly recommend it.

The best service I have ever experienced at a hotel
Before arriving at this hotel, I expected good service, but the reality exceeded absolutely all my expectations. From the very first moment, you don’t feel like just a guest, you feel genuinely welcomed and truly cared for. I would especially love to highlight the team - Antonin, Tamilla, and Rustem. These people create pure magic. Their attention to detail, warmth, sincerity, and readiness to help at any moment create an atmosphere of comfort and calm. Every request is handled instantly, always with a smile, making you feel like the most important guest in the hotel. The rooms are spotless, the atmosphere is cozy and elegant, and the overall service is on the level of the best luxury hotels worldwide. Everything is thoughtfully designed, from the smallest details to the overall experience. If you are lucky enough to meet Antonin, Tamilla, and Rustem, your stay will definitely be perfect. We had a wonderful two-night stay at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, and everything was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and offered an amazing view that truly took our breath away. The entire resort is simply stunning—from the design and atmosphere to the attention to detail throughout the property. All hotel staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to Darius, who went above and beyond upon our arrival. He took the time to explain the hotel facilities in detail and made us feel immediately comfortable and well cared for. Overall, an exceptional experience in a truly remarkable resort. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily return.
