From the moment we arrived at Marsa Al Arab, the level of service was nothing short of exceptional. I have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, but the warmth, attentiveness and genuine care shown by the team here was truly on another level. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and luxurious, with some of the most incredible views in Dubai. Every detail throughout the property feels refined and well thought out. The breakfast each morning was also phenomenal, with an amazing selection and truly excellent quality. Everything about the experience felt elevated. Honestly, I cannot fault a thing. A very special thank you to Dimitri, who went above and beyond in every possible way. The way he treated us made us feel genuinely valued and welcomed throughout our stay. His kindness, professionalism and willingness to assist with absolutely anything never went unnoticed. Marsa Al Arab is incredibly fortunate to have someone like him representing the hotel, and I truly hope he receives the recognition he deserves. I also want to give a truly special mention to Ilaria. She was consistently kind, thoughtful, attentive and genuinely caring in every interaction we had with her. Nothing ever felt forced or robotic. She has such a warm presence and made us feel incredibly looked after throughout our stay. It is rare to come across someone who combines professionalism and genuine kindness so naturally. She is a real asset to Marsa Al Arab, and honestly an honour to have met. Nina was also incredibly sweet, warm and always ready to help with a smile. Every interaction with her was pleasant and effortless. Deni was without a doubt one of the best butlers we have ever experienced. Professional, attentive, efficient and always one step ahead. Truly outstanding service. A big thank you as well to Catherine from the butler department for her assistance and professionalism throughout our stay. And also to Mangesh and Friday for their kindness and excellent service. The only thing I wish was available throughout the week was the adults only pool, although I was informed that it will thankfully be reopening daily soon. What truly makes Marsa Al Arab special is the people. This was genuinely one of the best hospitality experiences I have ever had, and I cannot wait to return.

I think this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. This is my second stay at the hotel at different times of the year, and both experiences have been exceptional. Everything was on point — the sea view is stunning, the staff are highly trained and professional, and even any small misunderstanding or dissatisfaction was handled immediately and professionally. The restaurants are also amazing. I will definitely be coming back again.

Unfortunately, our experience with Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab was extremely disappointing despite the hotel’s luxury positioning. The booking was cancelled due to a flight cancellation related to the regional situation. On 11 March 2026, the hotel officially confirmed that the refund would be processed within 30–45 working days. However, more than 2.5 months have now passed, and the funds have still not been returned. After the promised refund period expired, communication from the hotel became extremely poor. Numerous emails were ignored, phone calls went unanswered, and no clear information regarding the refund timeline was provided. For a hotel operating in the luxury segment, this level of customer service and handling of financial obligations is unacceptable. Guests should not have to escalate matters to the Department of Economy & Tourism and consumer protection authorities simply to receive a refund that was officially approved by the hotel itself.
