Big thanks to Aldin at the reception he really made our stay special. We came to this hotel as a family from France with our two babies, and Aldin was amazing. Very professional, kind, smart, and always ready to help. Every time we needed something, he was there immediately and handled everything perfectly. Staff like him truly make a difference. There was also a female security staff member (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name) who was very kind and professional, and the rest of the security team were great as well. The only small downside is that there is no nanny or kids’ area, which would be helpful for families with children. Still, the experience was really good overall thanks to the great location and the excellent staff especially Aldin. Highly recommended 👍

I stayed at Me hotel for a few days during my vacation in Dubai. I chose it based on a friend’s recommendation, who told me the hotel was nice, the staff were friendly, and everything would be good. Overall, the hotel itself is good. However, one receptionist, I think called Nara she has curly hair lady completely ruined the experience. She was rude and unhelpful, which was very disappointing. The most frustrating part was that the same friend who recommended this hotel came to visit me. I asked her to wait at the reception and have the staff call me so I could meet her downstairs. Nara refused to do this, spoke to my friend in a cold and rude way, did not smile, and treated her poorly for no reason. It’s really unfortunate that someone can recommend a hotel with good intentions, only to have a friend treated so badly by the reception staff. Nora’s behavior was unprofessional and does not reflect well on the hotel. Management should address this issue, as one rude employee can affect the hotel’s reputation.

We were in this hotel 2 years ago and we found it already amaizingly good. This time we came with the thinking that ME Melia couldn't improve the level they already offered in 2023 and yet we were wrong....High quality building structure and finition and amaizing service and staff. Special mention for HSU and HENPRY so available, patient, kind and professional. The chefs in the kitchen provide excellent, balanced cooking, rare to find elsewhere. Thanks a lot ME Melia Dubai. Good job again !

Visited the Wellness Spa & truly enjoyed my treatment! The massage was completely de-stressing, which was exactly what I needed. My therapist Puspa knew exactly what I needed, the areas to focus on and made sure I left feeling better. Can’t wait to be back!

I stayed at this hotel again about 10 days ago, and it was a great experience once more. This was my second stay, and everything was excellent. Special thanks to the front desk team, especially Aldin, He was professional, respectful, and very smart, and his service truly stood out. I recommended the hotel to my friends, who are currently staying there and sharing the same positive experience. Highly recommended.
