High End Luxury and next Level Experience
We had an unforgettable, dreamy night at the One & Only One Za'abeel and are always amazed by this monumental building. Thanks to Alexandra (Sascha) and John, the welcome, check-in, and check-out were perfect. We were able to access our room very quickly and even received an upgrade, in addition to the exceptionally warm and welcoming service throughout our stay. The service and hospitality far exceeded our expectations and made our stay the most enjoyable of our three-week vacation. Breakfast at Aelia is always an absolute highlight for us and is unparalleled in Dubai. Special thanks to Oleg and the entire breakfast team. For us, breakfast, along with check-in, is the most important experience in a hotel. We were all the more delighted that it was once again a culinary masterpiece and that we could enjoy everything. We have already booked again and have high expectations for our next stay. We hope to receive the same level of service and amenities next time. Over the top luxury and beauty
Rooms were immaculate and so well done. Very spacious. Service was exceptional and so attentive. Concierge helped with problem with luggage delivery from parcel service.

My family stayed with you during the festive season and they cannot stop talking about the top-tier service and the exceptional personal attention they received throughout their stay. Special thanks to Yousef from the Host/Front Office department who went above and beyond to ensure the experience was truly memorable and seamless from start to finish.He is an invaluable asset to the hotel, extremely professional and attentive. We have always chosen One&Only for our stays however, this visit stood out as the best experience we have ever had. I would also like to sincerely commend Benson from the Bell Desk team, who was extremely helpful and consistently delivered service of the highest standard. Experiences like this are the reason we will most certainly continue to return again and again.
