One&Only Royal Mirage

I have just spent four fabulous nights at one and only Royal Mirage – Arabian Court. The team are highly professional, courteous and take a kind and generous approach towards guests. There are many special team members I would like to pay tribute to. Jasmine from the reservations department was absolutely fantastic and very patient with my many enquiries prior to my arrival. I was delighted to have the opportunity to meet with Mr. Mohamed Shawky, the hotel manager, who took time on several occasions to speak with me, which only added to the personalised service at One and Only Royal Mirage. It is clear Mr Shawky demonstrates a high-level of leadership and this is emulated across the team. A special thanks to Pradeep who was my personal host throughout my stay. Pradeep was extremely kind, graceful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the hotel portfolio, and I appreciate his hospitality during my time at the hotel. I dined at a number of the restaurants during my stay, but a huge thanks to Rajae and her amazing team at The Rotisserie Restaurant. I enjoyed breakfast each morning, as well as international buffet a couple of evenings. Rajae showed impeccable service delivery and leads her team with great skill and enthusiasm. A special thank you to the team at the spa where I was pampered and greatly enjoyed the Royal Hammam treatment, delivered by excellent therapists. As a long standing guest of Jumeirah group hotels in Dubai, I had some scepticism about trying another hotel brand in Dubai. However my experience of One and Only Royal Mirage has been second to none. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will be planning a return in the near future.

I’ve been visiting the One & Only Royal Mirage for over 20 years. It has changed over the years with new pools and bars but one thing that has always been the same Is the outstanding service. Every member of staff makes you feel special and nothing is ever too much trouble. We had did have a problem when we arrived and the management have gone above and beyond to make it extra special for us. Our favourite restaurant is Eau Zone & Beach Bar and Grill, food quality is first class. The special little touches are what make this 5* hotel stand out from many other hotels in Dubai. I absolutely love this hotel and can’t wait to return.

The personnel are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and engaged, and the organisation's values and welcoming atmosphere are really special.

The mixology class with Fadli was amazing! It was so fun!! The way he delivered the lesson was so easy to understand and very patient with all of us😅 and it didn't feel like a class at all. The servers Adam and Nithi were fantastic! They're goofy and hillarious to joke with🤣 looking forward to come here for sure!

The food, service and attention to detail was next to none from the minute you arrive to leaving you are looked after and nothing is to much trouble. All the staff want you to have a great holiday and experience and work very hard to ensure you do. The food is the best I’ve ever tasted both at the hotel and in Dubai
