One&Only The Palm Dubai

We stayed here in August 2025 as a family. I can categorically say that this has been by far the best hotel we have stayed in Dubai. The attention to detail, the high level of service provided by the staff is impeccable. The personal service provided by Casey was amazing. Which other hotel has staff that remember you name? A truly exceptional experience.

We had a wonderful stay at One & Only The Palm. The resort is simply an oasis in the middle of the fast-paced city. The rooms are decorated in an Arabian style, are sufficiently spacious, and offer every luxury. Breakfast and dinner at ZEST were of the highest quality. A fantastic buffet is offered in the morning, and you can also order à la carte – plenty of fresh juices, smoothies, and much more. But what makes this hotel special are the staff. We have rarely experienced such a level of service quality. Our hostess, Miss Casey, was available to us at any time and anticipated our every need. Incredibly polite, eloquent, and accommodating. She was also available after our stay (I forgot something at the hotel). Our daughter loved the kids' club and was almost impossible to get out of there. Emmy, Fati, Gireesh, and Piyush played with her nonstop and enjoyed the food. You can truly recharge your batteries at this resort!

I recently had staying at One&Only The Palm to celebrate the completion of my medical treatment — a personal milestone that meant so much to me. This stay was not just a getaway, but truly a reward to myself after years of struggle, and I am so grateful to all the wonderful staff who made it unforgettable. I stayed with my sister, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and special. Pre-Arrival: A big thank you to Siposethu from Room Reservations, who responded to my emails with such detail and care, ensuring every request was noted. Also to Martinah Charity from Guest Experience, who kindly assisted with our restaurant bookings. Arrival & Check-In: We were warmly welcomed by Kingsley, who helped with our luggage both on arrival and departure, and personally escorted us to the lobby for check-in. He also made sure we had our Spa and restaurant reservations reconfirmed. At the Front Office, Arshid allowing an early check-in and our room was upgraded. Thanks a lot! He also took the time to explain breakfast timings and arranged for his colleague to give us a quick orientation around the resort. The entire check-in process was quick and pleasant. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the staff member who drove us by buggy to our room, but he was so attentive and thoughtful — he even offered an extra bed without us asking, since my sister and I were sharing and the room had one king bed. I would love to know his name if the resort can track it. 😊 Spa & Dining: We visited the Spa during our stay, and I really enjoyed Imperial Massage — it was sooooo amazing! Thank you to the therapist (again, apologies for not remembering the name 😔 if you can track it, I will be really appreciate it 😀). The only downside was not being able to experience the Relaxation Room, as the Spa reception mentioned it was available for men only after 5pm. After the Spa, the buggy driver dropped us at the Adult Pool, where we had lunch at Safina. The food was okay, and the staffs were polite and helpful. Later at sunset, we moved to the Main Pool — spotless, relaxing, with attentive and kind pool staff. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. Our personal host Sachin checked in with us via WhatsApp and was always available in case we needed assistance. He kindly arranged a buggy for our dinner at 101. The service at 101 was exceptional — the staff went out of their way to offer us great non-alcoholic options, and the food and drinks we ordered were all delicious. Breakfast: Breakfast was enjoyable, though I would say the variety could be improved. However, the service team were very polite and accommodating, which made the experience pleasant overall. Check-Out: The next day, Leon assisted us with check-out and genuinely asked about our stay, which was a lovely touch. Kingsley was once again there to help with our luggage and even offered us bottled water for the journey — such thoughtful service. Overall: This stay was incredibly meaningful to me, and I cannot thank the team enough for making it so special. Every staff member we encountered showed genuine care, warmth, and professionalism. One&Only The Palm is not only a stunning resort, but also a place where memories are created. To everyone who made our stay so memorable — thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🤍✨

One & Only the Palm was a great experience. From the housekeeping staff til the Kids Club, they’ve got it properly managed! The staff was very helpful, especially our go-to “private” - (concierge) Delly. He’s fixed us many things, from an upgrade of my plane ticket to a booking of the Guerlain spa of my partner! All with just a WhatsApp text. The breakfast was fine, a lot of choices, especially the ones on the menu with a daily “egg of the day” (chef’s pick) and more. I want to give extra gratitude to Delly our private Guy, The people from the Kid’s Club Emmy, Fatima, Santosh (?) and the rest of the Kids Club-squad, the kind people who welcome us when we enter or exit our taxi, the housekeeping, the fitness- and poolstaff, the restaurant staff (from Zest to 101!), who also let us dine in the beautiful searoom, the concierge team and even the Guerlain Spa women whom we only Met for a few seconds. Everyone was very kind and helpful! Sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone. Thanks a lot!
