One&Only The Palm Dubai

We had an amazing time from start to finish. The service is impeccable with all the staff contributing to a memorable stay. Our host Brendan deserves special mention for going above and beyond to elevate our stay, helping us personally with a photo shoot, arranging a special lunch and supporting us with many activities and requests through the days. He felt like an old friend by the time we left! The restaurants were very good with sufficient options on each menu to be able to dine in the hotel for the 5 days we were there. The hotel is a rare find in Dubai being relatively “boutique” and quiet with our baby able to sleep by the pool during the day without being disturbed. We also stayed in the OO Royal Mirage for a few nights and it doesn’t compare. On a relative basis The Palm feels good value for what we wanted. Nothing to fault and if we’re back in Dubai will stay again.

A very special stay from start to finish with all staff in all departments paying very special attention to our every need. The skill to know when to be around and when to sink into the background is not an easy one to get right, and they all did that. We will be back

What a hotel, has to be the best in Dubai, could not fault it, the food is some of the best, the rooms are spacious and spotless and every single staff member was exceptional, cannot wait to return

We enjoyed a week at the One & Only The Palm in late Nov / early Dec. My wife and I agreed that the service experienced over the week was the best we have had anywhere, and we don’t say that lightly. Every single team member at the hotel was exemplary, providing exceptional service with a genuine warmth and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone is so thoughtful, thinking ahead of you to anticipate any needs and offer these before you even need to ask. The resort itself was beautifully designed and set up in such a relaxing way, we just felt immediately at ease and able to relax for our whole holiday. We ate in both Zest and 101 a couple of times. Each offering a different proposition but each offering immaculate service. Special mention to Jensen at 101 and Hassan in Zest for looking after us so well - they literally could not do any more to make us feel so welcome. Friends joined us for lunch in Zest one day and commented on how amazing the service was. At night we had drinks in the Lounge Bar, where Ishan was always on hand to fix a nice cocktail. And in Zest, we were treated to some samples from Vimukthi, the “Kombucha King” who has a real talent for mixing and brewing drinks. Lastly, our host for the week, Ahmed. He was there for anything we needed, and went the extra mile on our last day to help make us comfortable while we waited for a late flight. In short, if you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and be completely looked after, then One & Only The Palm is the place to go.

Staff were super lovely Santosh and mr Prestesh made our honeymoon dinner super special! Took looks of photos for us. The adults only pool was so great and such a nice relaxing spot, the boat over to the other sister hotel was so amazing as it cut traffic in half and such a lovely way to start or end of an evening. Breakfast spot is also lovely.
