One&Only The Palm Dubai

I booked an 8 night stay at the One & Only Palm to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and New Year. Having returned a few days ago, I wanted to thank the hotel Staff & Management for a truly memorable holiday. The stay was made extremely special by all the staff, in particular, I wanted to mention a few people who stood out. Fay in the dining/bar area was just outstanding. Exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She would always come and say hello when we returned to the hotel in the evening at the bar, and make sure everything was just so. Krishna in the breakfast/bar/dining area was lovely. Always smiling, very chatty, funny and welcoming. Brightened up the morning. Pierre, who organised part of the Gala Evening. A big event like this isn't easy to manage. He did an excellent job and helped make a fantastic evening. Extremely detailed and professional, a credit to the One & Only organisation. Our Guest Relations Manager was Ian, who was invaluable when booking and recommending restaurants. Helpful and polite. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. Absolutely pristine. The setting is on the Palm, away from the busy hustle and bustle of Dubai. With its own private beach and luxury pools, relaxing is easy here. New Year's Celebrations at the hotel were exceptional. Champagne reception. Entertainment by Louisa Johnson. Fireworks and an after party on their private beach. Amazing! I've been to Dubai many times over the past 25 years and have seen so much change. I've stayed at numerous luxury hotels, including the sister hotel, The One & Only Royal Mirage Residence & Spa, and although that is another outstanding hotel, it’s the One & Only Palm I have returned to for the last 3 consecutive times when I have visited Dubai, and will do so again. I also want to thank all the staff at the One & Only Palm. The Chefs, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Senior Management. So much hard work goes on behind the scenes to make this truly one of the best hotels in the world.

We had a good time at a great hotel. The staff, speed of service and overall experience was very good. Only the speed of morning coffee/tea could have been faster :-) . Good space for enjoyment

One&Only The Palm really is an oasis of calm in the middle of busy Dubai. From arrival, the atmosphere is peaceful, elegant and unhurried — exactly what we were looking for. The room was superb. The bed was vast and incredibly comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and excellent wardrobe space. Everything felt spacious, well thought out and luxurious without being over the top. Breakfast was excellent — relaxed, high quality and a great way to start the day. The shakshuka in particular was lovely. We were half board, but this was the one area that disappointed slightly. One evening meal was poor, so we chose to eat out instead. This turned out to be a positive, as there are many excellent restaurants within a short taxi ride of the hotel. Using the Michelin Guide app, we found several Michelin-recommended restaurants nearby, all of which were excellent. The adults-only pool was a real highlight — beautifully calm and heated to around 28°C, making it perfect at any time of day. Overall, this hotel does peace, space and understated luxury exceptionally well. If you want somewhere quiet, refined and genuinely relaxing, away from the noise of Dubai, this is a wonderful choice.

The hotel complex is one of the most beautiful we have seen so far. The architecture and interior design are really at the highest level. The hotel is very quiet and offers great privacy. Beach and two very nice pools. The staff were all very, very friendly and every request was dealt with relatively quickly. We will definitely come back again.

We had the most amazing time at One and Only The Palm. The hotel was stunning and the food was the best hotel food we’ve ever had. Every dish was 10/10 or at worst 9/10. Andrew is an excellent host and he was so kind being at our beck and call, making our trip so easy to be away with 2 young kids. The highlights were the boat ride, bunnies around the resort and a pizza making class with the nicest chef name beginning with S! This is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Dubai if you want charm, peace, excellent food and staff. I will be booking to come back next year.
