Beautiful facility, but no comps
Facility very nice however coolness of the grounds was not ideal. Staff was friendly, but no significant free gratuities. For the price there are better locations. However, it is a beautiful spectacle and well designed. I was unable to get the hot water to work in the shower and was forced to take a bath. The toilet seat lids do not have a soft closure to them. Wine glasses are no longer kept in the room. It had to be ordered extra

Good hotel
Decent hotel with a good option of pools (3 outdoor pools) and restaurants. The only disappointing thing was the food quality at breakfast - I found it underwhelming for a 5* hotel.
