Our stay at the Palazzo Versace Dubai has once again been nothing short of exceptional – which is exactly why we keep returning within such a short period of time. What truly sets this hotel apart is not only its outstanding luxury and design, but above all its people. From the management team to every single staff member, there is a genuine warmth, dedication, and attention to detail that goes far beyond standard hospitality. You are not treated like a guest here – you are welcomed like family. It feels like a home away from home. A very special thank you goes to Katherina, the Duty Manager, who consistently goes above and beyond to make every stay seamless and memorable. Her dedication, professionalism, and ability to make everything possible at any time truly define the level of service in this hotel. She is exceptional. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully maintained, and designed with the highest standards. The dining experience is outstanding across all restaurants – excellent quality, atmosphere, and service. The spa and salon facilities are equally impressive and complete the experience perfectly. What stands out the most is the 24/7 support and the mindset of the entire team: solution-oriented, attentive, and always one step ahead. The location is ideal, and especially in the current environment, we have always felt very safe and well taken care of – which adds an extra layer of comfort and trust. For us, Palazzo Versace Dubai is far more than just a hotel – it is a place we truly look forward to returning to. A clear recommendation – five stars simply do not do it justice.

This was my second stay at the Palazzo and just like the first visit, I loved staying here! Love the rooms, the beautiful bedding, the pool, the amazing breakfast and the super nice staff that made my sister and I feel like queens. Even though I feel it’s a little isolated from all the fun things in Dubai, it still is one of my favorite places.

The condition of the room was significantly below expectations. During my stay, I encountered several maintenance issues in the bathroom: Shower Head: The shower head is not properly fixed and moves around freely, making it difficult to use. Shower Door: The shower door does not close tightly, allowing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. Bathtub Drainage: The bathtub drainage mechanism cannot be closed tightly, making it impossible to fill the tub for a bath. Amenities: The bathtub was missing standard items, specifically shampoo and bath salts, with only shower gel provided.

Enjoyable stay. Rooms were fine.
