Raffles The Palm Dubai

This was our first time staying at Raffles The Palm Dubai, and I wanted to write this review in the context of having stayed at many of Dubai’s top hotels previously, including Jumeirah resorts and One&Only Palm. So my expectations were already high. We stayed as a family in the Signature Suite Palm with Balcony and Club Lounge Access (room 107), which was palm-facing with beautiful views over the grounds. The room itself was lovely and well stocked with amenities, and the location of the suite made everything incredibly convenient, easy access to the Club Lounge, gym, and spa. The Club Lounge is genuinely one of the best I’ve experienced. The atmosphere is fantastic, with stunning views of both the Palm and the Arabian Sea, but what really stood out was the breakfast offering and variety, truly impressive and far beyond what you usually get in most lounges. The gym is well equipped with Technogym equipment and more than sufficient for maintaining your training while away. The spa (paid access) is beautiful with great facilities, and guests can also use the sauna located by the indoor pool opposite the gym, which was a nice touch. What really elevated the stay, though, was the service. The staff consistently went out of their way to help and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout. A special mention to Husna, who assisted us at check-in and check-out and also checked in on us during our stay, she was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I’d also like to thank all the Club Lounge staff who contributed to such a great experience, and a particular acknowledgement to Ezekiel, who kindly helped with our luggage on departure, such a polite and genuinely warming gentleman. Beach access was easy, and while this is only a minor point, the loungers were positioned quite close together, which limited privacy slightly. Beach attendants could also be a bit more attentive and proactive when guests are trying to find available beds. Overall, this was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. We would absolutely return.

Luxurious decor, well placed and designed French hospitality. Expensive and spacious accommodation with services catering to the filthy rich visitors.

We stayed at Raffles The Palm for four nights, and Mr. Sherif was the very first staff member we met upon arrival. He was incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable after our journey. Throughout our stay, he offered us a lot of help and assistance, always with patience and a sincere smile. His professionalism and kindness left a very strong impression on us. Thanks to him, our trip became even more pleasant and memorable. We truly appreciate Mr. Sherif’s outstanding service, and we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends because of the wonderful experience we had.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels that i stayed in. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Washrooms are clean. The staff is really polite and would go above and beyond for every request. The hotel also provides luggage storage if needed. It has two swimming pools indoor and outdoor. Even has a seperate one for kids. The beach has lounge chairs for hotel guests and there is a shack nearby for water sports.

Amazing experience at Raffles. The stay was exceptional. The rooms were very beautiful. It is one of the best hotels in Dubai and offers a great Palm Jumeirah view. The staff is really polite and experience. The hotel is at top luxury so expect high prices especially during peak season. It offers all the top amenities from brands like Ortigia. They take all requests and handle them with utmost priority.
