Even though my vacation didn’t go as planned due to war situation i’m still happy that I’ve chosen your hotel for my stay. The hotel and service were great. Staff was lovely and made my last days less stressful. Special thanks to Gular at the front desk for addressing my concerns with patience and professionalism. She calmed me down quickly and guided me with my flight and assisted in shortening my booking. Such a nice soul. Hope the team is safe. Will definitely come back again.

palace like hotel. impressive palm views. wonderful half board.
this is a very nice hotel and is palace like. we paid for a room with palm view and were lucky to get a fifth floor so the view was very impressive. the beach and pools area is big and elegant. we paid for half board and got a excellent buffet indian dinner. very recommended.
